Why can’t the Pulse app see my Pulse meter after pairing with it through Android/iOS?
To connect the Pulse meter to the Pulse app, you must make the Bluetooth connection within the Pulse app, not in the Android/iOS phone settings. If you have already connected via the Android/iOS settings, simply unpair in the Android/iOS settings and re-open the Pulse app. Your Pulse should now be visible in the list so that you can connect to it.
