The 3 dashes is most commonly displayed on the Bluelab Connect Mobile App if..
- the Connect Desktop App is shut down for longer than 5 minutes (it stops sending data to the mobile app),
- you have logged out (or been logged out in some cases) of the desktop app,
- the desktop and mobile apps are logged in as different people, or
- the desktop clock and phone clock are not correct or are not matching (the desktop may be tagging each measurement with the wrong time and they will therefore show in the Connect mobile App graph, but not on the main screen).
