IntelliGrow to Edenic Transition - Everything You Need to Know
This document answers the most common questions about your upcoming transition from IntelliGrow to Bluelab Edenic. If your question is not answered here, please contact our dedicated support team at support@bluelab.com.
Immediate change: Login URL update
Q: I've noticed my IntelliGrow login address has changed - what's happened?
A: We have updated the web address (URL) for the IntelliGrow login page. This is a technical change on our end and does not affect the platform itself - your login credentials, settings, and data remain exactly the same.

New address: https://intelligrow.bluelab.com/
Action required: If you have the old address bookmarked in your browser, please update it to the new address above. That's all you need to do.
Q: Do I need a new username or password?
A: No. Your username and password remain unchanged. Only the web address has been updated - everything else about how you log in and use IntelliGrow is the same as before.
Q: Is this the same as the transition to Edenic?
A: No - these are two separate changes. The URL update is happening now and reflects IntelliGrow moving under the Bluelab domain. You are still using IntelliGrow as normal.
The transition to Bluelab Edenic is a separate process that will happen later, and we will give you notice before that takes place. Details are covered in the sections below.
About the transition
Q: Why are you moving me from IntelliGrow to Bluelab Edenic?
A: Bluelab Edenic is our next-generation platform, built to deliver a fully connected ecosystem and better experience for you. As part of consolidating our platforms, we are transitioning all IntelliGrow customers to Edenic.
Edenic offers equivalent or greater functionality to IntelliGrow and will continue to receive ongoing development and support. IntelliGrow will be decommissioned once all customers have successfully transitioned.
Q: When will this transition happen?
A: We will be in touch with your specific transition date well in advance. Customers will be transitioned in waves over several weeks, and you will receive advanced notice before your scheduled transition.
We will send a reminder closer to the time and our team will be available to support you throughout.
Q: Do I have a choice in whether to transition?
A: The IntelliGrow platform will be fully decommissioned as part of this program, so transition to Edenic is required for continued service.
We have designed this transition to be as simple as possible. If you have specific concerns or circumstances you would like to discuss, please contact our team directly and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Your device and hardware
Q: What is happening to my IntelliLink device?
A: We will be sending current IntelliGrow subscribers a replacement IntelliLink device, rebranded under Bluelab. You will not need to open your device or replace any internal components - just swap out the old unit for the new one.
Full installation instructions will be included in the package.
Q: What will I receive in the post?
A: Your transition kit will contain:
- A replacement IntelliLink device (Bluelab-branded)
- A printed step-by-step installation guide
Q: How difficult is the installation?
A: The swap is designed to be straightforward and should take most customers less than 10 minutes. No tools are required.
If you are not comfortable completing the installation yourself, or if you encounter any issues, please contact our support team and we will arrange assistance.
Q: What if my new device doesn't work after installation?
A: Our support team will proactively check in with you after your transition kit has been dispatched. If you experience any issues, contact us immediately via the dedicated support line and we will resolve it as a priority.
Your data and account
Q: Will my data be transferred to Edenic?
A: Your IntelliGrow data will not be automatically migrated to Edenic. If you would like a copy of your historical data, you can navigate to the history page in IntelliGrow to generate a CSV export. Going forward, all new data from your device will be captured in Edenic.
Q: Will I lose access to my IntelliGrow history after the transition?
A: Once IntelliGrow is decommissioned, you will no longer be able to access your history through the platform. If you would like a copy, you can export it yourself, navigate to the History page within IntelliGrow and select your desired date range to download.
If you have specific data retention concerns, please contact our team in advance of your transition date.
Q: Do I need to do anything to prepare my account before transition?
A: No action is required on your account ahead of the transition.
We do recommend familiarising yourself with the Edenic platform and creating an account before your transition date. You can access a guided overview at https://www.edenic.io/.
Pricing and subscription
Q: Will my subscription price change?
A: No. Your subscription charges will be maintained at your current rate when you move to Edenic. There will be no price increase as a result of this transition.

Q: Will my billing change in any way?
A: Your billing cycle and payment method will remain unchanged. You will see Bluelab Edenic referenced rather than IntelliGrow on future invoices.

Q: What happens if I haven't received my kit by the expected date?
A: If your kit has not arrived within 7 business days of your scheduled dispatch date, please contact our support team and we will investigate and arrange a replacement shipment if necessary.
Q: I'm not technical - will I be able to manage this myself?
A: Yes. The transition has been designed so that any customer can complete the device swap without technical knowledge. The installation guide uses simple, plain-language instructions with step-by-step visuals.
