Journal allows you to keep a record of what you are seeing in your growing environment. This can be through writing notes, taking pictures and/or short videos.

Creating a Journal entry
Access Journal by selecting from the navigation bar or selecting Journal in the navigation draw. Select the Create Entry button indicated, which will navigate you to the Create Journal Entry screen. To create an entry, you must provide a Subject. Adding a note is optional. Date and time are automatically selected but can be changed. Once you have entered all the details you require select the “Save Entry” button to save your entry.
Adding a Picture
You can add a picture to your entry via the “Add Photo” button (highlighted below). Selecting this in mobile will give you the option to either take a photo or add a photo from your gallery. Once an image has been added a thumbnail will be shown on the entry. Images can be removed by selecting “Remove” under the image. There is a limit of a total of 10 photos and videos.

Adding a Video
You can add a video to your entry via the “Add Video” button (highlighted below). Selecting this in mobile will give you the option to either take a video or add a video from your gallery. Once a video has been added a thumbnail will be shown on the entry. Videos can be removed by selecting “Remove” under the image. There is a limit of a total of 10 photos and videos.

Working with saved Journal entries
To view any saved Journal entries, navigate to Journal and then just select an entry to view. When a Journal Entry is open you have the option to view photos and videos, edit the entry or delete it. To view a photo or video just select the thumbnail. To edit an entry, select the pencil icon to open the edit entry screen. To delete an entry, select the bin icon and confirm deletion.
