How to reset your Bluelab Connect password to transfer your Bluelab Connect to Edenic

This guide is for users who have not successfully managed to create an Edenic account and login. Follow this guide if you have updated your Bluelab Connect Desktop to the new Edenic compatible version but are receiving an invalid username or password

Step One: Request password reset

Click here to access the login page. A browser window should open to the login page. Once there select “Forgot your password?”

On the "Forgot your password?" screen enter the email associated with your Bluelab Connect account and submit.

On successful submission you should see a success message.

 

Step Two: Reset your password

To reset your password, you will need to select the link sent to the email address submitted on the Forgot your password screen. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

Selecting this link should open a browser for you to create a new password. This new password must be at least eight characters long and contain at least one uppercase character, one lowercase character and a special character.

After selecting Reset you should see the Reset confirmation message as per below.

Step Three: Transfer Bluelab Connect account to Edenic

Click here to access the sign in page. A browser should open to the login screen.

A browser window should open to login screen. Enter your Bluelab Connect username and new password.

 This will redirect you to the transfer account screen, please enter your details, and accept the terms and conditions to complete the process.

Once this is complete you will see a success message in your browser.

Bluelab Connect is now logged in to Edenic. You can now close your browser and return to Bluelab Connect Desktop.
